Zeidman & Co. is an Israeli based law firm specializing in cross-border commercial transactions, financial transactions, M&A, fund formation, corporate reorganization and private equity, especially in the technology and venture capital worlds and in the projects, energy and infrastructure world.

We are looking for senior legal experts to join our diversified and interdisciplinary team – Particularly, Corporate/M&A/Technology and Projects/Energy/Finance practices:

  • Hands-on legal advice on high-end legal projects – Structuring, drafting, negotiating, reviewing and counselling on a broad range of complex commercial transactions as well as advanced corporate issues, including fundraise agreements, M&As, financial transactions, funds formation, JVs, investment and private equity deals.
  • Advising on various legal aspects, including fundraise agreements, M&As, financial transactions, funds formation, JVs, investments and private equity deals.
  • Advice on liabilities, exposures, legal restrictions, risks and opportunities associated with contractual engagements, commercial agreements and various types of projects.
  • Observing legal, compliance and risk management best practices.
  • Full-time position.


  • Degree in law (LL.B) (or higher) + Israeli Bar license – a must.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English – a must.
  • University graduate – a must.
  • Profound and diverse legal knowledge – a must.
  • 7+ years experience in commercial and corporate law from leading law firms – a must.
  • Experience as in-house counsel from a global company, in addition – a considerable advantage.
  • Time spent in the US, Canada or Europe – an advantage.
  • Experience working on public M&A transactions – an advantage.
  • Experience in publicly traded companies (SPACs, public offerings, etc.) – an advantage.
  • Experience in banking and securities – an advantage.
  • Additional education (MBA/economics/engineering/science) – an advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate positively and proactively.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to handle large number of projects, work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills – a must.
  • Ability to produce practical and effective outputs, and work with both family offices, management levels and project levels alike.
